I promise...you will NOT be disappointed. Erin treated sale of our home like her home. When were out of country during the sale of our home, she kept a check on our home on a daily basis to make sure everything was perfect, even if that meant sweeping the patio. Any request we made, she NEVER said NO. She was on the top of everything, always. She is truly a caring person, and knows her stuff inside and out!!! Thank you so much Erin, you are the BEST!

She listed and sold our home in short order during an off-peak time period for home sales. From the initial consultation where Erin gathered and presented comparable home sales, to prepping the home for show, to receiving offers, to negotiating the sale and finally through closing (and them some more!), she was with us every step of the way.
