I can't say enough how Lacey made the process of finding me my new tenant so smoothly. With the current market dynamics, I was worried I might not be able to find a good tenant. Lacey went above and beyond to accomplish what exactly I was looking for.Throughout the whole process, Lacey demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation. Where do I even start? This was my first time buying a home and I was very nervous. As a professional musician and artist in Austin Texas it is extremely difficult to even attempt starting the home purchasing process and I was so incredibly blessed to be placed with Lacey. Lacey not only walked me through everything step-by-step but she did not mind when I asked repetitious questions due to my nerves. She would kindly and calmly walk through everything with my husband and I and made sure we fully understood everything. The second home that we looked at ended up being the one that we purchased and I could not be happier with the results. Even after the purchase of our home Lacy does follow ups to make sure that we don’t miss any homeowners exemption or paperwork that could still help us as new homeowners. I highly recommend Lacy to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first time homeowners.
