We were the Buyer on a bank foreclosure purchase.
Dealing with banks as sellers is always a challenging experience and it can be even more difficult when their agent is not committed. Diana was the bank's agent, however, it was Diana's dedication and commitment that made our transaction a success. She did a great job communicating and resolving issues between buyer and seller. She really works for her pay and does an OUTSTANDING job!

Diana goes the EXTRA MILE!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars as she really is a 10!!!!!! I have been involved in many real estate transactions and I can honestly say Diana rises above other agents! She is very responsive to communications, her follow though is top notch, and she tries to resolve issues quickly and effectively. She is not one of those agents that sit on their laurels and waits for the commission check to arrive.
