We met Rhonda about 10 years ago. Since then, she sold our Steiner Ranch home when we left Austin, helped our daughter buy her first house 2 years ago and she recently found our retirement home in Austin. I believe this alone speaks volumes; our family would never use another realtor in the area but Rhonda.Rhonda is very outgoing, friendly, and personal and always has a fun story to tell. Most importantly she knows the ins and outs of her job very well and is always on top of things, averting surprises. She’s a great expert of the market and gave us good feedback where to find what we wanted in our house, comparing other houses sold in the neighborhood and negotiate the right price. Rhonda knows many people in the business and can recommend great handymen, painters, electricians, etc. whatever is needed. Despite us looking for the house around Christmas time, she was always there, while others were on break already. When talking to her recently, I wondered in passing how to find a realtor for selling our home in California; she interviewed several of them for us and ended up recommending a few only.If you’re looking for a realtor, go with Rhonda Durrill.

I am beyond impressed with Rhonda Durrill's professionalism, kindness, and knowledge in not only selling our home, but also with all the EXTRA stuff she did with our house to get it ready to sell. Among other things, she gave us trusted, reliable contractor's names and numbers, negotiated their prices, and met them day and night at our house; she negotiated with the buyer's real estate agent on pricing, the inspector's report; and has been helping me with our move to San Antonio, too. Her incredible attention to detail was incredible. I can say Rhonda was at our house days on end staging everything, watering our plants, vacuuming our house, taking out the trash - everything was spotless and refreshed. In sum, I would highly recommend Rhonda because she is absolutely amazing!

Rhonda was so helpful in our home buying process. We were only able to visit the Austin area a couple days to look at houses. Rhonda drove us all over several areas of town to look at multiple homes over two days. She then was quickly able to gather the necessary information for us to put an offer in before leaving town. While trying to close long distance, Rhonda was able to be our go to person in town to help with the necessary leg work to close on our beautiful home. We would absolutely work with her again!

If navigating the current explosive market with someone in possession of all the tools, contacts and dedication to insure a smooth path to closing, then Rhonda is your go-to!Since we’ve been out of Austin for the last 6 months while our house was on the market, Rhonda handled every single thing that came up during this period. She even supervised installation of a new under counter ice machine, major air conditioner repairs, clean-up after the mega ice storm and a myriad of other obstacles that popped up during the sale. Saying she ‘went above and beyond’ doesn’t even come close to the extremes she went to to get our house sold! The absolute best! Wish I could give 100 stars. Rhonda is a consummate professional. My wife and I were first time home buyers and had significant distress about moving to Austin but Rhonda guided us through the entire process. She has an exceptional skill of giving realistic expectations while keeping our spirits and hope alive. She was a rock and through her actions we felt a sense of security that everything would work out.

Rhonda was a dream to work with during our first-time, whirlwind, out-of-state home buying process!
