Nancy Stobaugh - REALTOR ®
I recall my father, a rancher in Gonzales, Texas, teaching me at an early age to invest in Real Estate. I worked as a legal assistant for a group of real estate attorneys and this is where my love and knowledge of real estate began. Licensed 23 years ago, I have been in and out of real estate while raising my two children who are now grown. I prefer to call what I do consulting rather than selling. My goal is to educate, inform and provide you with options. I want you to make the most informed decision possible so together we make sure your long and short term goals are met.
I am committed to providing my buyers and sellers with the knowledge necessary to make this process a pleasant and rewarding experience. I have been an Austin resident for 30 years and have lived in Northwest Austin (Long Canyon) for 15 years. The time I have spent living in Northwest Austin has given me an intimate knowledge of that area and I love helping buyers and sellers there, however, I have helped people from San Marcos to Round Rock.
I have two children. My son lives in San Antonio and is employed by a commercial builder and my daughter is a student at Texas State University. I love volunteering at Texas Nursing and Rehab Center, traveling, snow skiing and spending time at the Austin area lakes. I have served as the co-chair for the “Live Auction” Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Gala for seven years, raising over four million dollars towards finding a cure for Diabetes. This cause is near and dear to my heart, as my daughter was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes at age 10 and is insulin dependent until a cure is found. No child should have to endure the thousands of injections and debilitating complications that go along with this disease.
Professional, knowledgeable and detailed, I am dedicated to you and I’ll stop at nothing short of making your dream a reality. Call me today for a no obligation market analysis of your home, or let’s get started in that search for your dream home.
