About Marguerite

Marguerite is a native Texan and her husband Steve and their three boys have lived in Austin since 1989. Steve is a University of Texas graduate and a firefighter with the City of Austin Fire Department as well as Marguerite’s real estate partner. They have been able to combine their love of people, Austin and real estate into a thriving real estate business that started back in 2004. Experience in new home and custom home builds as well as buying and selling homes has allowed them to help many families.

Austin and the surrounding hill country towns are known for stunning views, rolling hills and gorgeous lakes and they have been fortunate enough to work throughout this beautiful area. Specializing in homes in their own community of Northwest Austin which includes Steiner Ranch, River Place, Long Canyon, Canyon Creek, Grandview Hills, Lake Travis and Cedar Park. They have also been very fortunate to be able to work all over Austin (south, north, east and west) and the surrounding areas (Round Rock, Georgetown, Kyle, Buda, Dripping Springs) helping firefighters and their families find homes. They also specialize in residential lots and new builds and farm and ranch land in the growing areas of Dripping Springs, Leander, Liberty Hill and Lampasas.

Steve and Marguerite have a great passion for family, church, community and faith and love to give back.
