Kay DaSilva has called Austin home her entire life — and for more than 40 of those years, she's helped families buy and sell it. As Co-Broker of Avalar Austin Real Estate, Kay brings a rare combination of deep local roots, hard-won market knowledge, and a professional network built across Austin's real estate, lending, and business communities.
Kay began her real estate career in 1983, earned her Broker license in 1987, and hasn't stopped learning since — completing continuing education every year to stay ahead of a market that never stands still. Her credentials reflect that commitment: she holds designations as a Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, Accredited Seller Representative Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
