About Colleen
Colleen grew up on a small, family-owned farm near Cameron. After graduating from Texas Tech University with a degree in Landscape Architecture, she moved to Austin before eventually settling in Lampasas. She loves the small-town feel and strong sense of community, while still having convenient access to the city.
Faith and family are Colleen’s top priorities. She enjoys leading the occasional ladies bible study or faith based exercise class at her local church. Being a mom is the most rewarding role in her life, and she stays actively involved in her children’s activities as a proud sports mom.
Colleen’s background as a landscape designer, insurance agent, and loan officer naturally led her to a career in real estate. Her diverse professional experience allows her to guide clients through every stage of the buying and selling process with confidence and care. Having personally bought and sold properties throughout Lampasas County since 2009, she understands firsthand the emotions, challenges, and opportunities involved in real estate transactions.
She also enjoys investing in rental properties and strategically using equity from homestead properties to help her family reach the next chapter of their goals. Her personal experience, combined with her strengths in design, staging, and negotiation, gives her clients a unique advantage when buying or selling real estate.
Today, Colleen enjoys peaceful Texas sunsets from her back and she loves spending time on the lake with her children. Colleen looks forward to helping her clients turn houses into homes, find the land they’ve always dreamed of, and create lasting memories with the people they love.
